"Nothing. Thinking that's all." Zumae sighed and tapped the gem. "I'm Hindi." She said suddenly. "Hence the gem, and the odd way I sometimes talk."

"Oh." Ami said sighing.

Zumae frowned. "Does that make you think any different of me?" They asked nervously, glancing at the bed in the mirror.

Ami shook her head. "Not at all."

Zumae nodded silently, picking at their hands. They were a bit nervous and didn't want Ami to worry.

Ami sighed again. She wasn't feeling like herself right now. -
Z is my shyest OC. Almost never starts conversations and doesn't connect well, even to their crush.))
Zumae looked up and went to speak, but suddenly stopped and debated what to say. -
Ik lol. I'm talking about Ami. XD))
Ami shook her head to try and remain calm. She didn't want to lose her cool because of the demon. -
Zumae was off center and a little more than nervous. He wanted to hug Ami, but was also nervous about the physical contact.

Ami looked up and sighed. "I am fine."

Zumae nodded and fiddled with his fingers. "Okay." She mumbled, barely audible.

Ami then looked at them. "What is wrong?" -
Zumae shrugged. "I'm just nervous for some reason..." She mumbled, just as quietly as before.

"Do not be." Ami said smiling.

The last word made Zumae shiver and they started crying. "I have a bad feeling!!!" They cried, rocking back and forth.
