(I'm really happy. They are really sweet. Really nice.)
Quackity nodded, getting up and going to the bathroom to change.
Karl waited for the door to close before looking at Sapnap. "What caused that?" -
(im so happy you found someone!)
“When he took his shirt off, he weirdly backed up and I asked why, and he broke down,” Sapnap said. “I think there might be something on his back that triggered some memories.” -
(They're extremely sweet. They care, just like you do!)
Karl frowned. "He asked me for help but did seem to get nervous when he got his shirt off. He kept trying to cover his back with at least one wing." He sighed. "I wonder if it's from Schlatt." -
(im so happy!)
“I think it might be,” Sapnap whispered. “God, he scared me.” -
(It helps. Because, if you aren't here, they are. And often, both of you are here!!)
Karl nodded. "He scared me too. That wasn't him at all. He doesn't say that stuff." He sighed. "He usually seems so happy..." -
(yeah, that’s awesome!)
“I know,” Sapnap whispered. “Is he always actually like that? Does he cover it up?” -
Karl shrugged sadly. "I think he is. I think he masks and covers it up for us. I don't think he wants us to see him like that." He said sadly, shaking his head. "Have you ever noticed how quickly he comes back up from a breakdown?"
-
“Yeah,” Sapnap whispered. “I feel so bad, like, are we really helping?”
-
Karl frowned. "I don't know. He seemed better. He really did. But, with this, we might not be. We might not be helping him. Maybe we're just making it worse." He said softly. "I hate it. Maybe if my memories didn't vanish, aybe if we had gotten with him before Schlatt, maybe this could all be avoided."
-
“Yeah,” Sapnap whispered, wringing his hands. “I hate not knowing and he won’t talk to us-“
-
Karl smiled. "I love him, but this has me worried. He won't talk about this. He won't talk to us and it worries me. He just worries me." He mumbled, gently taking Sapnap's. "He seems so happy. He's trying to do different things so we don't focus on the pain he's in."
-
“Oh know, I think we might need to stage an intervention or something,” Sapnap whispered.
-
Karl hummed. "How so?"
-
“Just like, when we get back from poker, or tommorow, we sit down with him and try to see what’s wrong,” Sapnap shrugged.
-
"I think that would be best. I feel like tonight would work best. Just get him to talk." Karl said softly.
