"Eh. If I cause enough destruction she'll eventually show up to stop it. She knows it's her fault. Anyways, I'll be off." Parallex spun on his heels and sprinted away, and started planting bombs again.
-
"What?" Citadel said, furrowing his eyebrows. "Come back here!" He yelled, running after him.
(kinda brainded, sorry :')) -
(Lol it's alright. Should I have him spot Morrigan or not?? If he finds her then she could fight back, or Matthew/Citadel saves the day???)
Morrigan sat up with a start and looked around. She was in the passenger seat of a van she didn't recognize. It was parked and in a part of the neighborhood, she thankfully recognized. No one else was in the car or in sight. She jumped out into the pouring rain, remembering what happened with Parallex. Citadel has most likely already encountered him...I've gotta help. It's me he's looking for. She sprinted towards her house in the pouring rain.
Parallex dashed away from Citadel, trying his best to morph reality but was too drained to do so. -
(uh, doesn't matter to me :])
Citade; continued running, dodging a few things and speeding up. -
Morrigan had finally made it back to her house, where she had stupidly left all of her gear. It was in the hideout under her house. She sprinted inside and into her living room, where she tapped an invisible pannel on the wall and unlocked a hatch on the floor.
Parallex turned a corner and sprinted down a street when he saw her...she was sprinting inside of a small house. He started to head towards the house. -
Citadel followed, trying to catch his breath. He also saw Morrigan run into her house and sucked in a breath, running after Parallex.
-
Parallex broke down the door and heard a surprised scream from inside. He followed the sound and he saw her...finally. She looked so small and afraid...perfect. Just how he wanted her.
Morrigan turned to face Parallex. His cold, dark eyes stared her down and his tall frame towered over her. He brushed his dark hair out of his eyes and smirked. "Finally...it's been a while love. I missed you." He took a step, becoming extremely close to her. -
"Get away from her!" Citadel cried, running in and punching Parallax in the face and pushing him away.
-
Parallex was knocked to the ground, the breath knocked out of his lungs. He groaned, and sat up and looked up at Citadel. "I KNEW YOU WERE LYING! I KNEW you knew her! The spark of recognition in your eyes was enough!"
Morrigan looked on in confusion. Is he talking about my superhero form? I hope so...Citadel can't know who I really am, it's safer that way. -
"Yeah, I know her," Citadel spat, pushing Parallex down again with his foot. "And I won't let you hurt her!"
-
Parallex was down on the ground, knocked out.
Morrigan stuttered "Y-You do!?" She said. The worst came to mind.
(Holy crap dude I'm worried about Lemon) -
(yeah srsly :()
Citadel glanced over at Morrigan for a moment, watching her with a black expression, although she wouldn't of seen anything but with the mask on.
He pressed a button on a wristband, not responding to her question. -
(It's nauseating omg I need Don. Seriously.
And also Citadel is gonna want to know why Parallex was after her, right? Or no??? Idfk I'm too anxious to think)
"Please tell me...you know me? F-From where?" Morrigan hated the scared tone in her voice. She HATED how afraid she felt. Her hands trembled and her voice shook. She hated it. I'm supposed to be helping people, but I'm f***ing cowering in my own home, unable to do anything. -
(yeah
and i'm sorry :(
Don will be okay, i can't promise but i'm pretty sure
i'm always here for you)
"I cannot share that," Citadel responded as some lights started flashing outside the window. -
Morrigan ignored the lights and sirens and took a step closer to Citadel. "O-Ok...I understand."
