``Bye!`` Oli called back as she ran off.

A while later, J was sitting at the park on a cold, firm bench, smiling at two squirrels who were fighting over the same acorn. -
Oli has gotten out of detention a bit before and was just now on her way home when she made a pit stop at the park. ``Stupid teachers who don't get what I have to deal with..`` she muttered, tears filling her eyes. She hugged her skateboard to her chest as she sat down at an empty bench that just so happened to be across from where J sat.

J looked up from the squirrels and smiled in surprise and elation as he caught sight of Oli. "Hey!" He greeted her. Then he noticed the tears glistening in her eyes and a look of empathy fell across his face. He got up and sat beside Oli, giving her a comforting hug.

Oli hugged J back, tears streaming down her face. ``School sucks, I can't learn a single thing because I'm a f--king mess,`` she said, wiping her tears away. ``Stupid mental disability..``

“Hey,” J started as he hugged Oli. “It’s ok, I’m here, try to focus on the good, it’ll be ok...”

Oli looked up at J with teary eyes, a sad expression on her face. ``What good? I'm just a mistake who can't learn anything. Who can't speak properly without messing up words.``

“Hey, don’t ever say that you’re a mistake. Your beautiful, and your imperfections make you more beautiful, no matter how much you hate them.”

A small smile appeared on Oli's face and she nodded, wiping away her tears. ``You're right, I shouldn't say things like that,`` she said, resting her head on J's shoulder.

J smiled softly and rested his head on Oli’s ad her head rested on his shoulder. He put his arm around her.

Oli sighed, hugging onto J. ``Why is school so stressful,`` she muttered, drying her face with the sleeve of her sweater.
