"Since you don't have a home I would have to find you one. In the meantime you could stay with me." she said.

He paused and then nodded in understanding

"Or I could just take you to an orphanage or something." she said.

He stared in confusion, not knowing that word

Amy looked at him and sighed. "Or a shelter." she said.

He whined softly, his vents clicking open and closed in agitation

"Well what do you prefer?"

He pointed at her, the movement a little jerky

"Aight, just don't mess up my house. Now wait here, I have to finish working." she said.

He just nodded and curled up to sleep, his intake ports opening to passively absorb the magic in the air

A few hours later, Amy finished her work. She went over to Theta and looked down at him. "Hey, it's time to go." she said.

Theta blinked open his eyesockets tiredly, the air around him noticeably cold her due to him pulling all of the magic out of it. He registered what she said and nodded, moving to stand

Amy watched him. "Hurry up, I don't have all day." she said.

He managed to get tonhis feet and stood next to her, looking up at her obediently with his intake ports closed
