He slowly started waking back up, his vents clicking open and closed as he blinked his eyesockets open. He stared at her, waiting

"Alright then, are you a criminal?" Amy asked.

He tilted his head, thinking, before shaking his head

"Hmmm." she said before writing down something in her notebook. "What were you doing in the crate?" she asked again.

He seemed a little frustrated, searching for the words he needed to explain better. "Weapon Property Unneeded Usless Sell" he said, patting hks own chest. Strangly, he ended up speaking with two diferent male voices and then one female one

Amy stared at him in confusion. "Why are you speaking like that?" she asked.

"Mimicry" he responded with the womans voice before he shuddered his eyelights flickering "i suppose i shouldnt be surprised that it developed this ability when we took away its voice. We did design it to be adaptive" he spoke in the womans voice, his eyelights dim

"Mimicry?" she asked with a raised eyebrow. "What's that?"

"Subject developed the ability to copy and repeat vocalizations of other creatures. Further testing is required to see how far this ability can go" he said, this time in the deeper male voice. He shuddered again, shaking with exhaustion as his eyelights flickered out

"Hm, sounds dangerous." Amy said with a nod of her head.

He made a shaky so so gesture with his hand

"Do you have a home?"

He shook hishead, seeming a little confused "No Owner Sale" he stated, his voice coming out as a harsh staticy mess due to his low magic levels

"I guess we could have you live with me." she said.

He tilted his head at her in mild confusion
