(Oki I’ll start a new scene)
Cade woke up. It was a new morning, the air was fresh, and his head was clear. He got up and showered, then ate breakfast. Once he had completed his daily morning routine, Cade walked into the main room of the base and inhaled deeply, talking in the area like he did every morning. Cade headed for the combat arena where he practiced with Natalia daily. -
Natalia sat on the bench with a water bottle in hand. She always enjoyed these practices she had with Cade.
She put her head in one of her hands. She might be getting feelings for him. She didn't know how strong they were, but they were there. -
Cade grinned when he saw Natalia, and when she looked at him, he felt a tingling sensation dance along his scalp. Wait, do I- his mind began. I do. I have feelings for her... he smiled to himself and got ready to fight.

Natalia stood up from the bench and set her bottle on the bench after taking a swig of water.
They took their positions. Natalia attacked first, throwing a few punches at him. -
Cade swiftly dodged, then twisted to deal a blow to Natalia.

She ducked then went at him again. They kept going back and forth and back and forth and back and forth and no one seemed to be able to get the advantage.

After a while, Cade decided to let Natalia win. When Natalia dealt her next blow, he ‘forgot’ to duck and was swept to the floor. “Good job,” he said to her.

"You faked," Natalia said.

“What? No I didn’t!” Cade defended with a nervous smiley face, scratching the back of his neck.

"The look in your eye gave you away, and you're obviously lying right now," she said.

Cade inhaled, about to reply to her, but then his head hung low. “Yes. Yes I did.”

"You gotta learn how to lie," Natalia said.

“I don’t know, usually I’m very talented at it.” Cade remarked

"Well, you have to get your act together," Natalia said. "Because we have a mission."

Cade nodded in understanding. “I will,” he said, mostly to himself.
