Her sword hung lightly from her hips and Ava took some peppermints sticks out of a marble jar under the corner of her bed. Holding one out to him she asked, "Do you want one?"

Sgrios blinked at her "what is it?

Looking at him like he's crazy, "Its peppermint, is a hybrid mint, a cross between watermint and spearmint."

Sgrios tilted his head, more confused

"Just try it." Hands it to him.

Sgrios took it, sniffing at it before licking it

Taking her's, Ava sucked on it lightly.

Sgrios seemed confused at the stick

"What's the matter?" Ava asked him as she walked over to sit on her bed.

"Tastes weird

"Like a minty flavor?" Ava said down on her bed Indian style facing him.

He nodded, his ears pulling back

"Most people like it." Lays down on the bed, her head resting on her fur pillows.

Sgrios rumbled and flicked his tail, licking it again

Ava smiled looking at him, he likes it. As she layed on her bed her thoughts drifted to the creature. The other half of me. The creature in the forest, is just the evil part of me. The anger and evil that could make her turn cold so easily.
