Running toward the buck, ava pulled it over her shoulder.

Sgrios helped her as best he could

the buck smelled like nature and as they headed back to the cave ava felt a chill go back down her back.

Sgrios flicked his ears and looked back, stopping as he stared at the forest. He growled lowly before continuing to follow her

she felt like she was missing a part of her as she left the path.

Sgrios stayed close to her, feeling anxious

at the entrace of the cave she turned back to see a shadow disseapper down the path.

Sgrios hissed as he also saw it, his tail lashinb

Entering the cave, Ava laid the white buck down next to the water. Taking out her best knives she started to skin it.

Sgrios stood guard by the entrance

The buck was a nice piece of meat, fresh and healthy. After skinning it Ava washed the buck skin out and laid it out close to the fire to dry, once it dried then she would clean it real good. Ava then chopped the meat into piece's.

Sgrios tilted one ear towards her

"Can you bring me the bag over there on the chair?" Ava asked looking at him and pointing at the wooden white wood chair by the fire.

Sgrios did as she said, glancing out at the forest

"It won't come in here." Ava said as she took the bag from his hands.
