"No my dad is, my mother is a neko." he said.

She looked at him in obvious confusion. "So this stuff isn't hereditary?"

"No, my dad inherited it from my grandfather, and I inherited it from my dad." he said.

"So only guys are vampires?"

"No, it just turned out like that in my family." said Porak.

"That's odd," Cassie said.

"Not really. I could have a daughter and she would be a vampire." said Porak.

"If you ever get married," Casandra pointed out.

"Who would refuse my proposal? I am a very charming man." he said.

"You're also not afraid to bite them if you get angry," she pointed out.

"I didn't exactly mean to do that?" he said uncertainly.

She looked at him skeptically.

"Okay... I DID mean to do it, but I didn't mean for this to happen." he said.

"See now that makes more sense," Cassandra said.
