  Honeysuckle began to hunt for mice, hoping to catch something to cheer Birchleaf up or to hopefully see that mysterious cat again.

  Honeysuckle pounced on a mouse and caught it, purring with pleasure. She couldn't help but cast longing glances over to the border, wishing she could see him again.

  The kittypet sadly padded away as Icepelt swiped a paw over her ear to clean it. She wished the snow would stop, letting the fresh growths of spring arrive and bring life back to the forest.

  "I'm pretty good," Honeysuckle said, flushing with embarrassment. "I, um, wanted to thank you. For being nice when we kind of trespassed."

  He didn't notice her embarrassment, too focused on trying to hide his own. "W-well, it was nothing... no one has to know what happened. Less drama. One less thing for cats to fight over."

  He purred slightly before stopping it a moment too late. He stepped back awkwardly. "Well anyways, bye!" He said before rushing off.
