C1 comes pleading to C2, a prince. They need something from C2. Stubbornly, C2 agrees to help. (C2 starts off very arrogant.) They try to procrastinate as much as possible, but one day it’s time. (What C1 wants can be something as simple as archery training, or swordplay coaching.)

Lares gloated to himself in his room. I've got everything I’ve ever wanted and everyone else has nothing. I am superior to all, he thought. There's nothing I can’t do. Of course, he had a right to brag. He was the best archer in the kingdom. Everything was at his feet. He just had to ask for it, and it would be his.

"I would like to beg a boon from the Prince," she answered.
The guard nodded. "Stay here, and I will go fetch him." -
Lares grunted. He could hear footsteps nearby. What was it this time? He had been stretched to the absolute maximum, peasants groveling and begging for something that would unbalance the kingdom.
