Alex hid a smile at Vancella’s eye roll. “Yes, Father.” He said flatly. “Good, now I suggest you two go get to know each other. Come back in an hour or two.”

She waited for him to walk away "If were going to get to know each other Jackie is coming too" she said

Alex nodded, looking at Jackie with a smile. “Let’s go walk around the town, since this is the first time I’ve actually been able to do something freely for a couple of weeks.”

"I hate being busy all the time and its only going to get worse" she mumbled

“Yeah, sadly...” He replied with sorrowful eyes. Jackie frowned, her green eyes filled with sadness. “W-Well, we will just make the best of it.“ She squeaked out. -
"Yeah!" she said little more positively

Alex smiled and Jackie’s eyes lit up. “I want to check out the market here! Can we go there?” She asked eagerly.

"Of course we can" she said with a smile

Jackie squeals, then blushes deeply. “S-Sorry. Uh, l-let’s go!” She said, skipping in the direction of the Market. Alex laughed. “Jackie never seems to get any less adorable.” He said, holding out his hand. “Shall we?”

She takes his hand "We shall"

Alex walks with Vancella towards the Marketplace, where Jackie was already looking at the Jewelry and Food eagerly. “She’s like a little kid, but older.” Alex whispered.

"I see this" she whispered back

Alex smiled again. Jackie looked over at the two and made a little happy face. “This is so different from ours back at our Kingdom!”
