Jackie nods. “Apologies, Prin-I mean...V-Vancella.” Jackie paused as someone walked into the room.
It was one of Alex’s guards, also known as Lady Lenny. “Your highness, Mrs. Hill, The King and Queen are waiting for you.” She said, bowing. -
"All be right down" she said

Lenny walked back out, and Jackie let out a breath she was holding. “Well, let’s hope this is good...” She said, grimacing.

"it proably isnt" Vancella said with a eyeroll

Jackie scrunched her face. “W-Well, let’s go...” She said, walking towards the door and then looking behind her shoulder for Vancella. -

She walked back down the stairs to the main room, where Alex was making a face, but trying to hide it. He shook his head.

She looked at him half concerned
(bedtime) -

“The “wedding” is next week.” He whispered to her.

Her eyes got wide for a second "For real i told them to give us time. if im going to marry someone i at least want to know them" she said

Alex agreed with a nod. “They seem to not be very patient.” He said, rolling his eyes.
Alex’s Father interrupted. “Yes, you both will be getting married next week. We know that you had requested it to be longer, but your both 20 already. We cannot wait any longer.” He said, gesturing to the two. -
She nodded with a slight eye roll
