Turner walked over and sniffed Callyn. "Too observant." he said with a scowl.

Callyn gave a small laugh and handed Turner the parsley. "Use this," she said. "It works like bay leaves."

Turner eyed the parsley and narrowed his eyes. "What exactly are you planning to do to my poor sauce?" he asked in a dramatic tone.

"Fix it," Callyn said.

Turner took the parsley and added it to his sauce. He immediately tasted the sauce to make sure Callyn hadn't done something to it.

"It's fine, Turner, trust me," Callyn said and tasted some of her own sauce. She added some brown sugar to it

Turner glanced at the sauce in suspicion, but he eventually let it go and went back to his pasta.

Callyn was very satisfied with her sauce and noticed the water was boiling, so she put the spaghetti noodles in the bubbling liquid.

Turner, who was very competitive, kept looking at Callyns sauce, wondering if he should do something to it since he was certain she did something to his.

(Parsley actually does what she said it does XD
It has saved many meals.)
"Look," Callyn said, "if you're so nervous about it, look it up and see what parsley does to flavors." -
I know. -w- It really does save many meals tho! :0)
"Hm? Me? Nervous about what? Care to explain?" he asked. -
"I didn't sabotage your sauce," Callyn said.

"I never said that." said Turner.

"I can tell you're thinking it," Callyn said. She stirred her noodles. They were ready. She grabbed the colander from the cupboard and placed it in the sink to drain the noodles.

Turners noodles were also ready. He added the sauce to the noodles and tasted it. The sauce seemed okay, and so did the noodles.
