Turner smirked. “You’ll have a good time.” He said. -
"I've tried watching a few horror movies to try and get scared," Callyn said. "But so far I haven't even been getting startled."

Turner raised an eyebrow at her. “We’ll have to see about that.” He said, pulling into the driveway.

She got out of the car and walked inside. She pointed to a few baskets. "I might have it in there, I got a ton of movies for free once," she said. "And I'm going to go get changed into something other than a dress."

“Go ahead.” Turner murdered as he looked through the selections of movies. He pulled out The Ring and popped it in the DVD player.

Rasia came back out in leggings and a t-shirt. They were comfortable. "Popcorn?" she asked, standing in the entrance of the kitchen.

“That sounds delicious.” He said as he fiddled with the remote.

(just realized I switched characters lol)
A few minutes later she came out of the kitchen with two bags of popcorn and handed one to him. She grabbed a blanket and curled up on the couch right next to Turner and leaned back against him. -
Pfft)
Turner glanced at her and blushed as he started the movie. He would jump every so often and cling to Callyn. -
"I thought you said I would be the one getting scared," she giggled quietly.

“I-I didn’t clarify it correctly!” He exclaimed as he jumped at another jump scare.

She chuckled and shook her head. She turned her attention back to the movie, her head resting against his shoulder. After awhile she drifted to sleep.

Turner almost screamed at another jump scare, but he calmed down when he say Callyns peaceful face.

(One of the few people that can sleep through a horror movie)
Callyn didn't hear any near-scream or feel any jump. She was fast asleep resting against Turner's body.
