Markus kept walking in search of maybe some form of lodging, run down or not. At the same time, he had to get to the bottom of why his father left this city to die and why he hid it from him.

The unknown man decided not to follow him and went into his house. He was curious, though. What was a Royal doing here?

Markus soon found a small rundown building and walked in. It appeared to be a inn of some sort. Hopefully he could stay here until he figured anything out. Maybe no one would figure out he's a royal.

Erin and Julian walked back into the house. Neither of them had seen the prince. They'd searched the entire city.
"I'm sorry Jul," Erin said.
"Don't get down on yourself," he said. "He could've been on one side of the city while we were on the other. I wouldn't think he'd stay in one place."
"Glad you're such the optimist," she muttered. She sat down on the couch. -
Markus woke up in the inn he found last night and decided to leave. Even though the innkeeper said he could stay for free, Markus still paid him five thrones for his troubles. As he walked out into the streets, thoughts ran through his mind. What's my next move? was a thought that kept coming up. What would he do next?
