Jewel raised an eyebrow. “Are you sure you don’t want to brush it? It could get really annoying.” She said.

"I said I'd do it later," Adrian said.

“Fine.” She said, giving him a frustrated sigh as she sat down on a chair.

"You've lived under the same roof as me for a month," Adrian laughed. "I'd have thought you were used to my mess of a head in the morning."

Jewel rolled her eyes. “I know, I know. I just don’t want you to have so many knots in your hair.” She said.

"That's a strange thing to be in want of," Adrian said.

“You don't know how badly it hurts.” Jewel said, feeling her own hair to make sure there was no knots.

Adrian laughed. "I think after how many years of waking up with knots in my hair I'd be used to it.'"

Jewel shrugged. “Fine then.” She turned her attention towards Tessa. “Morning Tess.” She said.

"You don't have another outfit you're going to force me into, do you?" Tessa asked with a peer at her.

“Maybe later, but not right now. I learnt you didn’t like girly things.” Jewel said with a shrugg.

"Good," Tessa said. "Then good morning."

Jewel rolled her eyes and grinned. “Would you have said good morning if I got you clothes you didn’t like?” She asked.

"Correct," Tessa said.
