Pyropaw padded to Skypaw's side. "Give her a chance." She murmured.

"Give her a chance?" Skypaw said, his ears pinned back. "She said she'd do whatever it takes to be with him. I'm not even sure if she's loyal to our clan anymore!"

"If I know Twigsnap, she's as loyal as can be. And she accepted me as a kit. I owe her. And if you don't want to be a good cat, suit yourself." She stalked over to stand by Twigsnap.

Skypaw walked off, a low growl in his throat. Twigsnap curled her tail around her paws.

"I'm sorry about Skypaw. He doesn't understand. I'll try to make sure he doesn't tell." She mewed, a solemn look in her gaze.

"Thanks, Pyropaw," Twigsnap said with a purr. "Do you like anyone?"

She looked away. "I thought I kind of liked Skypaw... but I can't, not with the fact that he doesn't understand love, forbidden or not. If no one finds out, there's nothing wrong with it, but he'd never approve of me." Pyropaw mewed sadly.

Twigsnap curled her tail around Pyropaw. "Hey, you never know. No matter what the warrior code says, love is the most important thing. Listen to your heart and listen to your head and then decide."

She purred and nodded. "I'll remember that." She began to walk back to where she was. "I'll see you soon, Juniperberry should be back any minute!"

"Alright!" Twigsnap said with a friendly wave of her tail.
Skypaw was already at the spot, sorting herbs. -
She walked over to him. "Where's Juniperberry? Still at camp, I assume?"

"Yeah," Skypaw said, bending down to sniff a particular herb.

"Ok, then. I'd show you more, but she's not here to correct me." She heard a buzzing sound, and looked over at a nearby tree. "Bees! Bees means honey!" She exclaimed, excited.

Skypaw perked up, curious. "Really? Can we get it?"

"We could, but we should probably wait a day or so. So we can stock up on blackberry leaves, which are used to treat bee stings. And we're going to get a lot of those if we try and get honey. But honeycomb is rare, and used for basically anything, especially sore throats. And honey itself is used for eating. Just eating it. Because it's delicious." Pyropaw explained.
