"She is," Nightpelt said. "She was my greatest comfort when I lost you. She would visit me and I felt like I had a kit again." -
Drakestorm smiled and began to purr happily.

Nightpelt rasped her tongue over Drakestorm's ear, before the sound of a patrol approached. Bluefly got up and stretched. "Already? I just started my nap."

He looked at Fernstar for what to do next, flicking his tail in anticipation.

Fernstar padded towards the approaching cats. "Greetings. I'd like to speak to Rootstar."
Treeslash set the squirrel down in front of them. The leader of the patrol nodded. "Alright, come with us." -
Drakestorm followed Nightpelt and everyone else, staying close to his mother's side.

The patrol lead them to their camp, where Rootstar was sunbathing. A look of surprise washed over his face when he saw Fernstar and he got up quickly. "Fernstar, what is it?"
"I have reason to believe that InfernoClan is committing atrocities," Fernstar said. "I have witnesses." -
Drakestorm dipped his head politely to Rootstar when Fernstar mentioned him.

Rootstar glanced at Drakestorm and nodded. "Go ahead."

"Dawnstar is training in the Dark Forest, killing us off for fun, and plotting to take over MossClan." He told Rootstar respectfully.

"That's quite the accusation," Rootstar said, concerned. "Do you have any proof for this?"
Bluefly stepped forward. "Respectfully speaking, sir, but Drakestorm knows their plan. A kit named Rainkit will appear, seeking information. The InfernoClan leader will starve her. Perhaps you could send some of your warriors out to see for yourselves what happens."
"I suppose it wouldn't hurt," Rootstar said.
