"Hold on," Jenna said through gritted teeth as she fought back the line of the Hunters. When it was to her satisfaction, she ran to the wall. "Get on my back. Hurry," she said as she Shiftedinto a phoenix. -
Without hesitation, Scarlet leaped onto her back, fighting ff the last of the Hunters. The phoenix/human flew gracefully over the stone wall, and Scarlet jumped down as she landed.

Jenna Shifted back into human form, and collapsed on the earth, half unconscious, completely exhausted. The more exotic the animal, the more energy it drained out of you. And she hadn't had time to eat before the bells, so she didn't have as much energy as she would've liked. Also, that stunt she'd just pulled would further incrimminate her and whoever this girl was. But it was necessary.

"Are you okay?" Scarlet asked with concern. She could hear the Hunters' protests and thoughts, and she heard them trying to climb over the wall. Not like that's ever going to work. she thought, but just incase, we should still hurry.

(also, it's a cliff, but at the bottom of it it looks like a wall)
Jenna tried to get up but her muscles wouldn't allow her to. After awhile she managed to sit up. She slowly reached into her bag and started eating some food. -
Oh, okay.))
"Let me know whenever you're ready to go." Scarlet reminded her. She felt bad for the girl, but not bad enough that she would risk being caught. And she's the one they're after anyways, so I need to get her out of here ASAP. -

Jenna felt the nutrients if the food deep into her. She saved some for later. She managed to stand up. M
She was sore beyond belief, her head throbbed, and she was slightly dizzy. She took a drink out of her water skin. "Let's go," she breathed out

Helping the girl, Scarlet started to walk in the opposite direction of the Hunters. She could see them attempting to follow. We have to hurry, or we'll be caught. Scarlet thoguht.

"They're trained to be in any environment," Jenna said. "They'll catch up to us in no time. "

"Then we better hurry," Scarlet responded, worried. During all the time that she'd spent on her own, she never had to face something as big as this. After they had ran for a moment, Scarlet stopped to catch her breath. "What's your name, by the way?" she knew it was random based on the current situation, but she couldn't keep calling her "the girl".

"Jenna," she said. She leaned up against a tree to catch her breath. She was still weak, and she was struggling to keep up with this girl's speed.

"And I'm Scarlet." She replied. The Hunters are catching up.We better hurry. Scarlet tried to help the girl, still wondering if shape-shifting was the right thing to do. Maybe if she turned into a common bird instead of a phoenix, she could've saved more energy.
