I think her magic makes has a bit to overpowered?
I'm sorry I'm being so picky about this -
It's fine, but isn't Shapeshifting pretty useful too? How about just one of the two (telepathy and teleportation). Which one seems more not-overpowered?

I remember what the other one was for my character. It was weak mind reading. More like emotion reading but she can read some thoughts.
The teleporting is too overpowering. I'd prefer it if you did the telepathy and maybe something else that's not too overpowering. -
