"She's...dead?" Rose said, a hollow expression on her face. She crumpled to the ground. She hadn't known Trixie for long, but she'd known some things about her. Her bravery, for instance. Her smile. Tears blurred her vision and she lifted an arm to wipe them away.

With tears flowing, Alex took two fingers and closer her eyes. He looked around at where they were, and it was a forest with no one but them for miles. He began to dig, clawing away at the dirt with his hands. Blood began to seep from him fingers, and you could hear cracking sounds if you listened hard enough. Within a minute there was a six foot hole long enough for the fallen fae, and Alex lowered Trixie in. He burst out crying, trying to keep his composure
