"Just remember I win every argument." Victor said with no malice in his words, he simply wanted to say he wins arguments. -

"EVERY argument?" Harper said. "Uh huh. I'll get back to you on that." -
"I don't think you will." Victor said.

"You'd be surprised," Harper said, before pointing. "Is that one your house?"

"no, mines the one beside it." Victor said pointing to a small shabby cottage with weeds growing in the front.

"Good, I like that one," Harper said, her tail swishing in anticipation.

Victor steered towards the front gate but instead of stopping he backflipped off of the bike and landed at the door of the gate while his bike went over the fence and landed in the yard turning off on it's own.

"Weee!" Harper giggled as the motorbike stopped.

(still though, this dude is cool and he doesn't even care.)
Victor opened the gate and walked up to the door to unlock it. -
Harper's just like :D))
"I like this house. It's got a lot of personality, you can tell," Harper said eagerly, bouncing behind him. She straightened up and looked serious again. "Not that I care, or anything." -
"really? It was just the cheapest thing I could find close to the editor." Victor said.

"Editor?" Harper said.

"yeah, I'm an author." Victor said.

"Who's your...editor?" Harper said, the new word sounding unfamiliar in her mouth.

"Some girl named Elra." Victor said.
