Alexis roller her eyes, and walked towards the counselor.

"So that girl seemingly hates us but chooses to stick around us. Okay, that works," Castor said. "Let's hope the next challenge isn't archery, or something."
It was archery. -
“Haha, how ironic, huh?” Adelaide laughed. “Is that what ironic means?” She asked quickly, rubbing her forehead.

"I dunno what ironic means." Engle said looking at the targets anxiously.

“Me neither. Maybe smarty pants does?” Adelaide said, with a small laugh as she motioned to Alexis.

"Whatever you may say, this is the absolute definition of ironic," Castor groaned. "Archery..."

"irony is the expression of one's meaning by using language that normally signifies the opposite, typically for humorous or emphatic effect," Alexis said. "Or a situation or scenario that does the same thing."

Adelaide seethed a bit, “Okay, a simple definition would have sufficed.”

"Alexis shrugged. "You never said you wanted one."

“Uh- whatever, smarty.” Adelaide muttered as they walked.

"Thank you for the compliment," Alexis said.

Adelaide frowned, “It wasn’t supposed to be.”

"give it up, Ms annoying over there won't listen." Engle said.

“You’ve got it wrong. It’s Mrs.” Adelaide said, pointing to Alexis, “And Mr.” She said, smirking as she looked over at Engle.

Engle hit Adelaide over the head and said "in what universe would that happen."
