Annie knocked one unconscious, but took a blow as well.

Peter's tree warped into a hammer. Peter used this odd huge hammer to completely smash one of the monsters.

With one last jaw cracking punch, Annie chased away the last one. She turned human, and it was clear that her arm had been broken.

Peter walked towards her. "That looks bad." Peter said

"I'm good," she said, although her breath was coming in ragged gasps.

"you don't sound good." Peter said as he eggsamined her arm.

"It can't be so bad, can it?" Annie said.

Peter poked her arm to prove his point.

Annie practically screamed. "What was that for?!"

"see, you're obviously not ok." Peter said.

"I swear to the gods, if you do that again I will punch you," she said in a pained voice.

"let me see your arm." Peter said.

"Okay," Annie said, holding it out.

Peter pulled up her sleeve carefully to assess the damage. "I can bring the bone back into place and heal it faster, not completely though, and it'll hurt like hell." Peter said.

"Do it," Annie said, steeling her nerves for the pain sure to come.
