"Who was the first?" Annie said.

"my old friend Helios." Peter said uncomfortably.

"but let's not talk about the past." Peter said.

"Alright then. What is there to talk about?" Annie said.

"I dunno, but I don't like my past very much." Peter said.

"Alright. What about...what we're going to eat?" Annie said.

"I could go catch something." Peter said.

"Maybe I should," Annie stated, turning into a dog. "Could you take Engle for a moment?"

"yeah that'd probably be best." Peter said with an akward giggle.

Annie raised her eyebrows at him but handed Engle over, bounding off to catch something.

Peter unconsciously started petting Engle while he waited.

Annie came back with three rabbits. "I got us all food," she said.

"that's good, I can cook them." Peter said, stopping the petting
