(Stalagmints? Is that anything like thin mints, the girl scout cookies? Just craggy and stuff.)
Antauri followed her out of the cave and said "Is there anyway to sneak over there? I feel as though the city might be too out in the open." -
(I'm not sure what it is. Maybe they're big thin mints, I don't know. Minty flavored stone?)
"Not really," Megan said. then she got an idea. "How much do you think you could act like a stuffed animal?" -
(Maybe it's like a cone shaped thin mint.)
Antauri looked at Megan like she was crazy and said "I don't know if you've noticed but I'm a lot taller than a stuffed bear. I'm taller than you are, how could I pass as a toy?" -
(Possibly)
"Yeah, that won't work," Megan said (I didn't know how tall this thing was supposed to be!). "Well, what if you stayed in here?" she asked. "They already checked and couldn't find you, so they won't check again, will they?" -
(I guess I should have told you, but then again, Wendigos are supposed to be tall anyway.)
Antauri said "Yes but you heard them. They're going to spread the news that I'm here. What if someone sees me when I'm eating and reports me?" He then said "Oh wait, I think I have an idea." -
"Don't know what eating has to do with someone finding you, but what's your idea?" Megan asked.

Antauri said “Okay, what if you went back to your house, grabbed a large cloak and come back? That way, I would have a disguise and sneak to your house.”

"We don't use cloaks anymore," Megan said with a little laugh in her voice. "Humans stopped using those years and years ago. We do have bed sheets, though, but people would be wondering why I'm leading a giant person wearing a bed sheet to my house."

Antauri then said "Well, do you have any clothes that could obscure my body and face?"

(I think it depends, but most legends say they're about 15 feet tall. Antauri, however, is only 9 due to his vegetarian diet.)

Megan looked Antauri over. "I don't think so," she said. "My parents are gone on a long trip, but I don't think my dad's clothes would fit you." -
Antauri said "Okay, new plan. I'll just run as fast as I can and while following you to your house. And I'll just hide if I have to."

"It'd be best to wait until night, though," Megan said. "That way you're less distinguishable, and we'd have to hope that none of the dogs bark."
