"ummm... We could play videogames?" Mikan said as more of a question than an answer.

"Sure," Aiden said, looking through the ones he had. "Uh, do you like Mario?"

"sure." Mikan said. "Just don't be surprised if I lose." Mikan said. She liked playing Mario games but she wasn't very good at them.

Aiden raised his eyebrows. "You can't be as bad as me."
He handed her a controller. "Okay, do you want to be Mario, Luigi, or Toad?" -
"toad, because who wants to be a short angry Italian plumber?" Mikan said as a joke.

Aiden laughed. "Well, I want to be a short angry Italian plumber who also stomps on Goombas."
He started the game, jumping a bit more then nessecary. -
Mikan was doing good with getting the powerups but bad at jumping on time to kill enemies.

Aiden, on the other hand, was the complete opposite. He managed to time his jumps perfectly but somehow missed almost all of the power ups.
When this happened, he made his little Mario man jump repeatedly up and down. -
"wow you're not really good at getting powerups are you?" Mikan said getting yet another mushroom of height.

"I am a short angry Italian plumber, remember?" he said, flattening a Goomba. "He almost got you."

"yeah." Mikan said jumping over a powerup she didn't need.

Aiden managed to get it. "Thank God. Now I'm a tall angry Italian plumber."
He landed on a Goomba and hopped to the next platform, following Mikan/Toad. -

As soon as they won the game, mikan realized how late it was "what time is it?!" Mikan asked with fear in her voice. -
Aiden checked his watch. "Er...5:57. Why?"
