Trash purred, and the tabby kitten came out and stepped on Mikan's feet.

"Hi kit-kit." Mikan said excitedly, bending down to pet the kitten.

The kitten purred, arching her back ad she received her pets. Aiden watched Mikan with a strange look in his eyes, like he was looking at her, yet also looking right through her.

Mikan continued petting the cat and started humming a tune. She didn't know why, but she did.

Aiden hauled Trash into the house, who cheerfully meowed and jumped out of his arms.

"cats are the best." Mikan said.

"They are," Aiden agreed, patting Trash's large head. "I had a cat a long time ago too."
He remembered how the scrawny black alley cat had been his only companion for a long time. The cat was long gone now, of course, but he still cherished his memories of her. -
"I used to have two cats." Mikan said remembering tubby and stickly.

Aiden didn't ask the stupid "Where are they now?" question, because he knew the answer. He held up the kitten.
"Do you want her?" -
"b-but she's your cat I can't take her from you." Mikan said.

"I got her like, yesterday. Besides, she really likes you," Aiden said, still holding the kitten out. She mewed, her little legs waving in the air.

"okay then." Mikan said taking the kitten from Aiden's hands.

The kitten wriggled into her arms, purring. Trash sprawled on Aiden's feet.

"I think I'll name her Tilly." Mikan said
(That is actually what I named my kitten but my kitten was actually a boy and the lady that sold him to us said he was a girl. -
(Aw, cute kitty)
Aiden smiled. "I like it! So, uh...is there anything you want to do?"
