Yusa meanwhile saw a new person at her door and quickly went to greet her. -
"Hi I'm Misty but you can call me Mist if you want"

"hi I'm yusa, I'm the owner of this apartment. Are you here to rent?" Yusa said.

"Yes I am Yusa" Misty said kindly

"would you like to look around the rooms to see which one you like best?" Yusa said. She liked to give her tenants options.

"Sure I would love to look around to see which room I love" said Misty with a sweet voice

Misty sees a beautiful room that has a light blue door

"Okay then, let's go but I can't rent out 404 right now it's being renovated." Yusa said remembering that room she still has to paint.

"let's check room 107." Yusa said remembering the unique blue door that 107 had.
