"okay then here's the key, rent it due every six months." Yusa said. "And if you have any problems tell me I'll fix it." Yusa said handing Misty the key.

"Ok thanks Yusa I will. I have 200 to pay rent with." Misty said as she took the key

"don't worry I'm not really good at pressuring people so you'll probably have at least two extra months if you forget." Yusa said.

Kreena had been drifting around the hotel when she saw Misty. She turned to Yusa. "What have I missed?"

"I have my first human tenant." Yusa said happily.

Kreena clapped her hands together happily, turning now to Misty. "What's your name?"

Misty looks at Kreena "Wow when I was 5 I saw a ghost." Misty said as she saw Kreena

"My name is Misty. What is your name?" Misty said when Kreena looked at her

"Oh, I'm Kreena. And I'm not a ghost, I'm a spirit!" she said.

"Hmm a spirit. Do you know my friend Serial? Because she died when she was 12." said Misty

"ghosts and spirits are very different." Julius said emerging from the floor (I love how everyone is so calm about the ghosts and spirits when they first see them except Yusa)

" Do you know my 14 year old friend Serial? she died from an asthma attack." Misty asked Julius

"no I mean there are lots of ghosts that pass through here but I can't talk to most of them." Julius said.

"Oh ok" Misty said disappointedly

"she still might be one of the many ghosts in the basement." Julius said remembering all the husks of souls there.
