The thing is, if the parents are obviously cold toward the kids, like their merchandise then no sane child would think this was right.
JD not wanting to listen to Minerva is only happening because satan hasn’t shown up yet.
JD will go to who they think are their parents for help.

He's a cryptid that was blamed for either causing or foreshadowing the collapse of a bridge in Point Pleasant, West Virginia.

I don’t know if you recall but I posted their character sheet a little while back.
Mothman sightings are typically non hostile.
Hey appreciate that Hikari is going to be so close to JD but remain compeltly in the dark.
She’ll go visit her dad and he’ll be like “ you faintly feel like Jd.”
And she’ll be clueless to where she interacted with hem, not knowing that the dumb kid who set Roman’s projects on fire around 5 times was her missing sib
Also mothman. Mothman does not deserve to be used as evidence to their best friend that monsters are evil bu it will probably happen. -
Minerva will probably let Mothman slide so long as he doesn’t threaten her. She’ll play it off that Mothman isn’t looking to curse them but is most likely attracted to the fires JD likes to start. Being flexible with this might keep their trust in her healthy.

MM goes completely by they/ them pronouns.
El is also bi gender but prefers she her or they them.
I mean, JD’s fire manipulation already reared it’s head because of the frequency that they start fires the human way, so they should chill. -
