I'd think Santa would be a lesser God or something (God of belief? God of childhood joy? Idk) because he's gotta be immortal since he's been around for so long
-
Oh God imagine Santa as a young and handsome man named Nick
-
Just imagine Minerva learnt about this and tried to use the children as bait to capture Santa, but failed miserably.
-
I mean she hecking got the devil’s kid and the child of an Olympian Goddess. So why not Santa Clause?
-
Santa is based on a real person though
Roman is going to kick up a fuss, because roman is a b----, -
Lol
What kind of fuss? -
Don’t know yet
-
Santa is quite likely a fae or an angel rather than a minor god, though it’s highly likely Santa is multiple beings under the control of a minor god or goddess because of how he works

I’m wondering, prime if you’re aware that Sirens are very similar to harpies?
They were created by Demeter in order to find Persephone.
So they’re like bird people, just thought it be cool to see demonic bird people. -
I thought Demeter went to look for Persephone by herself.
In any case, I'm going for the more modern interpretation of the sirens where they're more like fish people or have fish like qualities. -
So like, a mermaid?
Like I think honestly, the abilities are way closer to a mermaid than a siren.
No, Demeter really just kind of got other people to look while she mourned. -
True, but I didn't want to make Aaron and Ilsa normal half mermaids cause that would be boring.
Weird, that's not what I learned in my mythology class. Or maybe I'm remembering wrong. -
I thought Sirens were water spirits that lured sailors out to see and drowned them
-
Nope, they look like harpies.
They have this kind of song that’s like seeing the monster from bird box?
While you hear it you’re driven to kill yourself basically.
You’re both thinking of sirens as evil mermaids.
Actually very few of the characters abilities really line up with their mythological counterparts, but like it’s up for interpretation just something I thought was interesting -
Ok upon doing research, they aren't Harpies either
They are beautiful woman with angelic wings that sit on the shore, luring men with their song before eating them.
Other versions of them either have bird like, or fish like features, which is mainly from people mistaking them for mermaids or harpies.
It's odd how far off literally every Siren reference I've heard was though. It must be because they live at sea that people thought they were fish woman. I never thought they were bird creatures. Maybe my western culture needs a Greek Mythology class, because everyone has a different idea of what a siren is here.
