Pyro screamed as he began to become extinguished. Danny grabbed a color and jumped into the vat and placed the collar on him. He dove out seconds later whooping abs cheering, then shivering in the cold November air. The agents apprehended him, but not before the team got a look at him. The man was none other than the man that Danny and his friends tried to save in Blossom Genetics when the explosion happened. It appeared as if the man himself got powers. As he was being hauled away he yelled out
“Hey Adonis, I know where your daddy is. And he’s never coming back!”
Danny helped push him into the back of a van and slammed the door closed before going to comfort his friend.
“He’s just trying to get to you. We’ll find your dad. We’ll find all of our families and everyone else’s and be reunited soon.”
He gave a soft smile as he put his hand on her shoulder. Agent Coppen walked up to the team.
“Congratulations on your help. All that was left is that antihero guy. But now we got another problem we need your help with.”
Danny groaned.
“Listen we’ve been helping you guys out for 6 months now and we still haven’t met your boss yet. You feel him that if he needs our help he can tell us himself. Because I’m getting tired of this.”
Agent Coppen smirked, and a man got out of one of the vans. He had fair skin, and wavy blond hair and a thick goatee. He wore a lot of tactile gear and stood next to Coppen.
“Thank you Agent Coppen, I’ll take it from here.”
“Director.” Coppen nodded before walking away.
Danny stood with his mouth agap and began to lift up his finger to point, abs began stuttering.
“Hello, I’m Director Brian Wilson of NEST, or Hornet as I’m so called. And I need your guys help. Was that good enough for you, Bless? Come with us, we’re heading back to base” -
Alice really wanted to hit that man some more when he taunted Adonis but she didn't want to cause a scene so dropped it. Alice looked at Mr. Wilson and said "So you're head honcho. Nice to meet you."

Akumu slid to a stop to avoid going through the portal as well, snorting and stomping on the ground as Yume cheered. The darker twin made a low rumbling noise when he heard what the man said, starting to shift back to his human form as Yume watched the interaction with Danny and the new person in mild amusement, standing guard over his brother

Adonis certainly would've been upset had she been paying any attention to the words the fireman had been saying, but she'd chosen in that moment to have a nap since the side effects of teleporting people just made her really tired. In response to the arrival of Hornet, she gave him a simple snore. -
Danny carefully picked up Adonis and stepped in the back of one of the vans. “We should probably get going guys.” He said to his friends. He gently set her in a seat and made sure she was buckled and wouldn’t go anywhere. They drove for what felt like hours through the city, and eventually through a rural farm area, then deep into a heavily forested area. “So where are you taking us exactly. Because it doesn’t look like much is back here.” Hornet smiled and simply said “We’re almost there.” Past a curve in the woods was the massive headquarters of NEST. It looked like a gigantic college campus. Or two. Or ten. Danny looked in awe around him.

Alice looked around at all the buildings they were driving through. Alice was amazed at how big it all was. She asked "You guys all work here? How does it stay hidden from some random person going for a walk?"

Adonis blinked awake, suddenly aware that she was in a moving vehicle. At first she's alarmed, but she calms down easily enough when she sees her friends are with her. "Did we get 'im?" She groggily asks no one in particular.

“We’re far enough back here that we’ve banked on that hopefully no one will find us. But, we’re also currently developing technology that’ll camouflage us so no one will find us, we’ve been thinking about using a camera type system to capture the forest around us and project it on panels surrounding the base so it appears as if more forest is where we are. Of course we’d have to block off far ahead so people of walk into our base. We’re also looking for bright minds to help us develop said tech. You’re animalstic powers and knowledge could come in handy too. Maybe you could help us out.” Wilson said. He stepped out of the vehicle and Danny followed. “Follow me to the boardroom, there we’ll discuss your missions. “

Alice walked out of the car and followed Danny and Mr. Wilson.
