Alice shouted at Yume "WHAT?" but at that point she could finally hear again and said "Oh, oh. Sorry. That note was really loud. Alright let's get going." Before she left herself however, Alice noticed something no one else did. Under Angel's bed, it looked like there was a CD for The All-American Rejects, a rock band. This was odd because Angel didn't look like the kind of person to listen to rock music.

Yume still looked worried about his twin but nodded. "Lets go then, i need to get out of this stupid outfit

"There he goes, doing the fast thing again," Adonis said when Danny bolted out of the room quicker than they could say 'yeah'. She turned to Yume and Alice. "I could teleport us. If I get tired it'll be fine since we'll be at the warehouse, so I can just crash there," She offered.

Alice said "Adonis, don't hurt yourself. The warehouse is quite a ways away. Why don't we just get my truck and drive there?" -

Yume nodded in agreement with Alice "yeah, what if something happens? Both you and Kumu would be down for the count -
"Yeah, I guess you guys are right," Adonis said, her heart swelling at the fact that her friends cared for her enough to decline the offer. "Let's all go in Alice's truck, then," She said as she followed them back outside. Luckily they didn't run into the butler again

Danny made it to his apartment and showered, changed, and made his way to the warehouse, just a few minutes before everyone else pulled in. “Wow, either you guys got here really quick, or I took too long of a shower. Let’s talk about what happened.” He said unlocking the door.

Alice said "Helps when you have a truck like mine." She then walked in and said "So, we have a new bad guy to worry about. And this one knows who we all are."

Yume hopped out of the truck, pausing to help Adonis before speaking. "And unfortunately, i dont think we can do anything about her right now"

Adonis thanked Yume before replying, "But she could share our identities to the press, or use that information for blackmail. She has too much of an upper hand," She said. Adonis used her non-dominant arm to open the warehouse door, careful not to bother Akumu.

“Which not only endangers our lives, and where we live, but also the lives of our family as well. This warehouse would be our only fair place if she would reveal that, and even then, they’ll eventually know that this place is in my name.” Danny rubbed his eyes. “We’ll need to be on constant lookout for her, but Yume is right, right now we can’t really worry about her. She disappeared.” Danny stood quietly, staring, and remembering the whole hypnosis nightmare. “If and when we find her again, we need these earplugs or a further developed version. Even though she made an escape by blowing our eardrums out, they somehow worked. Who knows what she’ll do if it happens again. She could pit us against each other, which won’t be good. Not being in control of my body was bad enough, she made it worse by trying to make a move on me”

Alice said "You're right. If she wanted she could have told you to rip us all apart. We'll just have to be prepared. Plus it may not be as bad was we think. I mean there's already a bad guy who knows two of our names." She paused and then said "Yes I'm still annoyed. Thanks for asking."
