"Police came when they found us snooping in the lab last time, anything that was there was surely confiscated by them," Adonis says to Akumu, with a hand on her chin in a thinking pose.
After a moment she groaned in defeat, not knowing what else to do. "This would be so much easier with someone to guide us, all we have are each other, but none of us don't know what we're doing! I wish- I wish my dad was here," Adonis said. She slid to the ground and put her hands on her head, tearing up and knowing that she probably looked ridiculous right now.
"Doesn't this freak you guys out? It's only day 2 of our newfound powers and I've been trying to keep quiet about it- but I'm scared as hell!" Adonis admits. "Hundreds of years of science, down the drain! What's real and what's not? Who can we trust? Why us- why us?" -
Danny sat down by Adonis, wrapping his arm around her. "I know, its crazy. I'm scared too. All of us are. Maybe NEST does know everything. There's gotta be other agents around somewhere. Either undercover, or waiting for another attack. We gotta either wait for another attack, or...or create our own. We can go in the sewer and try to draw that guy out. Think about it. We know where he's at. We get him out, work together, subdue him, they show up, we get answers."

Alice said "Wait, they didn't show up when that ice guy was robbing the bank yesterday nor when we fought tentacle guy last time. How will we know they'll show up if we find him this time?"

Akumu went quiet and yume started fidgeting "I've been trying not to think about it to much" Yume said honestly, fiddling with his hoodie

Adonis smiles at Danny gratefully. She supposed that even though this situation was wild, atleast she wasn't going through it alone like the villains they fought probably were. "Maybe they did show up, but undercover too? After all, it's not like they could subdue those guys unless they caused a huge scene with airplanes and stuff. They could be observing for now, collecting data. That's what I'd do," Adonis answers Alice.
She looks at Yume, "But we have to think about it, we have to figure it out or someone will get one step ahead of us and it could be all over. We could be separated.. experimented on." -
"I don't know." Danny said, rubbing his nose. "Maybe they really don't want to attract as much attention? They made a big scene in the hospital, but really only the people inside could've seen what went down. But as of this moment, the tentacle guy is our only chance of attracting them, because we can at least infer that he's in the sewers still. We don't have a location on the icy guy. So unless there's some other genetically altered person running or flying around, I say we head to the sewers. "

Alice said "I guess it's worth a shot then. I guess if we're all in agreement we should go. Who's in?"

"Sounds like a good idea" Akumu said while Yume wrinkled his nose in disgust. "But the question if what do we do with them once we find them

"I'm in too," Adonis agrees. Going through the sewers.. wow, the things she'd do in the name of science.
"We want to attract the NEST guys so killing tentacle guy in the sewer is out of the question. We have to lure him back up somehow and then cause a scene," Adonis answers the twin -
"My thoughts exactly." Danny said. "Let's move out." Danny rushed back to the store where the fight had taken place earlier. It was now surrounded by news reporters, cops and patrons. Broken glass and debris was spread out all over the walkway and the road. The amount of damage was relatively minimal, and as much as he hated the thought of it, more damage has do be created. After all, they were attracting a specific audience. He pulled out his walkie talkie. "Ok, our initial entrance point is sort of...barricaded right now to say the least." Danny said. "Can one of you spot another sewer grate nearby this one?"

Alice listened to Danny on the talkie. She began looking for another sewer grate and while she wasn't able to find one, she found a manhole and said "I think this'll work."

Yume and Akumu followed after Alice and the darker twin walked over to the manhole cover, a few tentacles emerging from his back and removing it. Yume started glowing as he moved closer so they could see inside

Adonis follows the group as they surround the manhole. "We found a manhole a few blocks away," Adonis informs Danny on the walkie.
"Do we start climbing in or should we wait on Danny?" Adonis asks the rest of her friends -
Danny cautiously ran from the scene, careful not to be seen. He eventually located his friends. He stood with his friends at the man hole. It was pitch black. "Ugh. It smells like s---. But, let's go. Yume, you stay in the front, the rest of us will follow right behind you. "

Alice saw Danny show up and said "That answers that question." With Danny's comment, she said "It's a sewer, you twat. What did you expect, fresh baked sweet rolls?"
