Roman raised an eyebrow. “ yeah, I’ll pick where I live myself thanks.” They completely ignored both parents and just left, the sound of a motorcycle revving up caused David to almost loose it.
That was his missing bike, how the hell had Roman even found it.
Roman left he property in a hurry, to go to the arcade. In secret they had been working multiple jobs, and soon would be able to afford their own little cabin in the forest, the sales women had seemed desperate to sell it to them.
Mia smiled thinly. “ thank you mother, don’t mind Roman , their...just going though a rebellious phase.” Mia said before she went to finish dessert.
David pulled his wife to the side. “ Roman is proving to be more trouble than he’s worth, you think he suspects us dear?” -
Stethno was online, on the hunters web trying to keep track of any news of a gorgon sale. Medusa was their pride and joy, in every life, she was also their innocent baby sister. The hunters who took her were unlikely to respect that at all.
Euryle was brushing her hair, trying to distract herself as she sat in Clovers bar. “ That neice of your? D-did she see medusa? Can you ask her when she gets back?” The blonde asked.
Karan looked at clover as well. “ and Amara. My lady, must know the status of her precious child.” -
Aaron walked out of his room to put the DVD he had back. He saw his parents and said "Oh, hello."

Kurieite walked back inside and blinked and he saw the parents "wait when did you get back?" he said, looking very confused

“David, you forget. They’re still teenagers. We can’t do anything besides treat them like a rebellious teen, or else the others will get suspicious.” Minerva explained. “Besides... I have a plan...” She whispered before looking to Mia.
Lucy sighed as she looked at the ground. She knew if humanity was as cruel as she was told, she wouldn’t stand a chance. Short, clumsy, slow... It was easier to act tough when she was behind safe doors. “Hello dear.” Minerva sighed, smiling softly to Aaron.
(Clover is Echo’s cousin)
“Yes, I know, but hold off your questions. Echo needs to learn to not throw herself into danger without warning or a plan or back up or common sense in general. What happens if those hunters kill her? Or worst, use her as an example to-“ Clover began before the bell rang and a raven flew through the doors. The giddy vampire hybrid then changed to her true form, sitting down absentmindedly with an unusual glow to her. “Where were you?” Clover asked, wondering what the excuse was. “Who me?” Echo asked with a smile. “Please don’t tell me they drugged you.” Clover muttered in response to the girl’s unusually ditzy behaviour. “Nope. They didn’t touch me. The parents weren’t home.” Echo cheered proudly. “And so what happened?” Clover asked. Echo suddenly realized where she was, becoming embarrassed as she pulled herself from La La land. “Uh... well...” She began.
Clover sighed, putting a truth spell on the girl. “I kinda went in without a plan... I didn’t have a way to bring them back... but I can report that they’re in good condition and I earned the trust of one I think.” Echo replied, blushing brightly at the thought of Roman. “I think I love them...” The truth spell made her add. Clover blinked, taking away the truth spell and causing Echo to become enraged from embarrassment. With a large sense of Pride that ran in the family, Clover knew that Echo making a fool of herself was the worst punishment she could have used. Echo, in anger at herself and Clover, stormed up to her room, causing Clover to sigh in dismay. “I have no idea what goes on in her mind... God, what if my little sister’s like her!?!” Clover sighed. “No, I suppose not. She isn’t half Vampire.” Clover chuckled. -
“They got back a few minutes ago.” Lucy told Kurieite.

“ my sister. She didn’t mention my sister.” Euryle said getting worried. The normally chaotic lesbian said, eyes filling with worry.
Karan sighed “ or my Amara, calm your self Euryle, she said they are safe,” he said, unaware that Echo hadn’t been referring to his charge.
Mia brought out the cheesecake, but only for her siblings. “ I didn’t make enough for you.” She said apologetically to her parents. “ you can have my slice, and Romans too I guess, since they’re not here” she sighed gently.
Roman was at their second job, working at a pretty fancy Italian restaurant. At the end of their shift they usually got fed, not to mention they always seemed to be tipped very genoursly. -
Echo sighed as she entered her bedroom, flopping with a sigh onto the bed. She hugged the pillow, sinking her fangs into it to hide the foolish grin on her giddy face. Embarrassment aside, that was probably the best day of her life! Never had she felt such a connection to someone, such care... even if it was all for not, it was worth it. “Roman...” She whispered, the name sending her mouth to tingle with glee as she approached her window. “Could it be possible? Could they be my zing? Oh, how incredible that would be... but... how heartbreaking the more likely answer is...” She whispered with a longing sigh. She then frowned when she heard a knock at the door. “Who is it?” She asked. “Clover.” The dreaded voice replied. “Go away.” Echo hissed. “Please Echo... I’m sorry for embarrassing you but-“ Clover began. “Embarrass me? Oh, no, of course not dear cousin. No. Being a freak spawn of two creatures that had no business mating, That’s embarrassing. No. What you did, forcing me to expose in public that I barged into enemy territory with no plan and fell in love with who could be one of their family members, that’s humiliating.” Echo told her. “Echo, you probably would have exposed yourself anyway... being trapped in that ditzy la la land you were bound to share something foolish.” Clover defended. “Yeah I know but it’s easier to be mad at you.” Echo muttered, allowing the door to open. “Why did you go in alone?” Clover asked. “Why do you think Clover? If I single handedly saved their loved ones, people would have to respect me!” Echo replied. “People do respect you.” Clover insisted. “There’s a fine line between respect and fear.” Echo muttered.

Stheno was at the Italian restaurant, and she took notice of the extremely beautiful young human but she paid and left as soon as David arrived to take Roman home. “ come on kid, you shouldn’t be out this late roman!” The hunter said.
Roman sighed “ ill be home in ten minutes, I’m just finishing up my shift.”
David nodded. “ alright good, when you get home we will be having an. Discussion.” He said before getting back in the car and leaving. -
“It’s Alright dear. You made that pie, enjoy it.” Minerva assured her. She wasn’t a big fan of sweets anyways.
