Jace turned red as he took the empty plates.
When he finished with the dishes he came through to megan with bags.
“ alright, we’re going for a picnic at the park, and we’ll be going to the fireworks afterwards, so sweetie, pick two outfits, something cool for the summer day but something warm for the night.” He said as he set the two piles out, -
Megan grinned and did as asked , getting a sweater and jeans for her night outfit , and a T-shirt and shorts for her day outfit, both with tennis shoes
