Jace blinked. “ yeah, I guess so.” He mumbled. As he picked her up and took her to the kitchen. He took out the things needed to make pancakes. And some food colouring.

"Ooh!" She squeaked seeing pancake mix and food coloring. "you're way cooler than mommy " she said giving Jaces leg a hug

Jace flushed as he set her on the counter. “ alright, we’re going to make your dad, rainbow panckaes.” He said snickering at the inside joke. Jace remembered three months into their relationship his boyfriend had commented that having a crush on him was gay, while drunk. Since then jace kept asking little jokes about it.
He passed her the red bowl. “ mix this in until it’s nice and smooth, and more red than pink.” He told her gently -
Megan nodded taking the bowl and doing as asked of her

Jace repeated this process until all of the pancakes were cooked, he decorated each plate with a little syrup, some whipped cream rainbow chocolate flakes and a cherry each.
The author severed the little girl a fancy unicorn milkshake. “ eat up, I’m going to wake your dad up.” He told her gently.
The man crept into his bedroom, slid back into bed and wrapped his arms around his lover.
“ wake up!” -
The little girl did as told. Y her fathers boyfriend .
Mark yelps "scree!" He said sleepily as he woke up blinking to adjust to the light the cover sliding down to show his bare chest. -
Jace turned red, as he kissed his boyfriends neck. “ mornin’ handsome, the kid and I made you breakfast.” He whispered into his ear. “ I got her a couple of things to hold her over until we could go shopping,” he said softly. “ and I didn’t give her a unicorn milkshake.” He lied obviously.

Mark hummed in content tilting his head back lightly on instinct "Thanks babe . Oh God you gave her a milkshake didn't you ?" He groaned softly

Jace booped his boyfriends nose gently with his finger, before he hopped of the bed and threw him a shirt. “ come on packcakes are getting cold.” He said teasingly.

He giggled quietly throwing the shirt on and getting outve bed and giving Jace a good morning kiss before strolling out to the kitchen

Jace pointed at the rainbow pancakes. “ look babe, those pancakes are gay.” He teased as he took his seat.

"Oh god " he said bursting into a fit r of giggles his nose scrunching up along with his freckles "Like us!" He adds then gigglin more.

“ excuse you, as an intellectual I must inform you that you’re half gay.” He huffed teasingly. “ you like, your pancakes sweetheart?” He asked Megan

He chuckles and Megan nods happily ((I'm Pansexual and I say I am 1/4 gay as a joke too so. And what around your pronouns BC I have no idea your gender))

Jace kisses his boyfriends cheek after he had finished, as he takes the used dishes to the sink. Where he starts to clean up. “ I guess the days of you running around our house shirtless are over babe.”
( ok so character background. Jace does this thing I do when I write, except I wear a robe, he just walks around his house without trousers on. So feel free to call him out on it.)
