John walked up next to him, and patted his shoulder. "Don't worry about it, man. I know you were busy. But next time, don't just leave us in the dust, kay? They're gonna hit back harder next time." Avery looked at his gang - they were a bit bruised, but not bloodied. "I will prove to them that I will not stay in the shadow of my father; I will surpass him." He hissed. "Let's go back to the base."

Reo left before he could be seen. Once back at his a
Artment he stripped, and got dressed for bed.
He texted Avery.
“ hello this is Rep.”
“ Rep.”

Avery went back to the base and tore of his mask, watching the others get patched up if need be. Feeling his phone buzz, he took it out and smiled, laughing slightly as he texted back.
"Do you really have that much trouble with autocorrect? Or can you just not spell your own name?" -
“ I’ve never used a mobile before so please fight me.” He texted with a huff, he lay on his bed relaxed,

"oml wait you've never had a phone?? Do you live under a rock???"
Avery slumped into his chair, smiling down at his phone. John noticed and let out a relieved sigh. "Bout time." He mumbled. -
“ basically my gaurdians thought I’d go off and never come back if they gave me a phone, but I love alone so I’ll do whatever I want, theyd idnt relaly give me a lot of things to do, since I’m rather sheltered. Whoops,” he texted.

Avery typed, while screenshotting the picture and making it his wallpaper.

“ Yeah I know.” Reo typed. “ anyway I’m going to have to go to bed. Goodnight Avery, Thank you for taking me on a date, I had fun :)”
reo then put his phone on charge and fell asleep. -
Avery didn't get a chance to respond, since John pulled him away before he could. He ended up staying awake all night, trying to figure out how to keep the rising gangs in check.
Realizing it was time to head to school, he begrudgingly took a shower, got dressed, and walked there. Going on the bus was too loud. -
Reo was already at school. He’d decided to thread white flowers into his hair, a couple of his classmates had walke diver and we’re making fun of his hair. Ren however didn’t understand the sarcasm.
“ well don’t you look pretty.” One snarked.
“ hmmm? Oh thank you.” -
Avery got to school, and heard one of the remarks as Reo walked by. He turned to glare at the student who had said the hateful things.

One of the guys grabbed Reo’s hair. And suddenly said Guy was flipped over his shoulder and slammed into the lockers, “ Don’t ever let me catch you even thinking about touching my hair again.”

Avery jumped a little, shocked. "Didn't know you were so dangerous." he said with a wink at Reo. "But seriously, we probably shouldn't be here when a teacher comes around."

Reo blushed red, as he dropped the guy who fell with a loud thud. “ y-you saw that?” He said embaressed. He nodded gently as he took Avery’s hand and led him to the classroom. “ I-I’ve been every over protective about my hair since I was younger and one of my guardians tried to cut it all off.”
