(I read the first sentence and my brain's creepy alarm went off. Lol then I read the rest and I'm like: Oh okay he clarified.)
Camila blinked, amazed by the convenient coincidence. She thought about the pros and cons. Pros, she could protect her friends, help stop the magic from the inside, and maybe even reason with Malefor. Cons. Her people could kill her... Or worse enslave her for it. Turn her into her father... Then again, if she follows the rules, it should be fine. "So if I protect you from my mother's people, you will spare Wolfe, Ruby, and Willow from the reality magic?" Camila asked. -
Malefor said "Yeah, sure, whatever." Wolfe said "Hold on, are we sure this is a good idea?" "What to you care, dog?" Malefor said. "I'm a wolf." he said.

"Also Malefor, you know what happened to my father when he broke a deal with my kind. Be sure not to break one with me." Camila warned as she took out a deck of cards and made the cards float around the room. She was able to use magic to explain the deal, or what they wanted you to think the deal was about. However in the end only the words meant anything. Heo grabbed a card and it showed a picture of the Shadow Man attempting to fix the charm in panic. "When the charm broke there was no way our father could complete his mission for our people. Tired of waisting time to help him, since he broke their deal. He was taken to our realm, locked away in seldom. It wasn't a nice welcome. Then when he was free he was a slave." Heo explained. Camilla nodded and grabbed another card that showed a picture of their mother. "Now the spell was cast by mother, who's dignity she wanted to save. If you made Tiana lose, she would have been father's goose instead. So now she wants your head. So you want me to protect you from her, while you unwind the story thread. However if you do that these guys could wind up dead." Camila explained as she flipped the card over to show a picture of their friends. "So are you sure you want a deal with me? Shake my hand and read the cards so that you know we agree." Camila replied, the cards all flipping over to show the contract in pictures. It had some other things like Camila being Malefor's equal, the cafe staying the same, Camila being Malefor's advisor so he could avoid the villains taking his power as their own, and that Malefor can't see Camila without her mask. "Did you really have to add that?" Heo asked when he saw that rule. "Better safe than sorry." Camila replied. Heo rolled his eyes at his sister as she offered her hand for Malefor to shake.

Malefor thought it over, read the contract carefully and said "Alright, fine. I agree with your terms. But I better not be double crossed." He shook her hand but at the same time, changed her appearance slightly. Nothing drastic, just paint on her body in the appearance of a skeleton

Heo was a bit concerned about the skeleton thing, but Camila didn't mind. "What's the consequences if I break our deal?" Camila asked. She was very good at finding loop holes so that she wouldn't break the deal, but she wanted to know if he even had a back up plain.

Willow watched everything from th sidelines. This whole thing seemed... intense. Not to mention sketchy. The snakes that made up his hair slowly became more visible as he stopped paying attention to the magic he tried so hard to keep up. He glanced at Heo, a look that without any words clearly asked, Is this a good idea?

Malefor said "If you break our deal, I will take your parents and brother and friends and kill them all one by one and make you watch.' He pointed to Wolfe and said "And he'll be the last one you see die before I take yours." -
Camila took a lot of strength to keep a straight face to hide the fear behind her mask. Her parents she couldn't care less losing. However Heo... Her only reason to live at the moment... That was a different story. "Why him specifically?" She asked calmly, not wanting Malefor to see that he got to her, or the others to see her fear for them. Camila wanted people to believe she was strong and fearless, but Heo could see her fear. But he knew she knew what she was doing. He took one of the cards which flew out the cafe and into Willow's hands, forming the words: I trust Camila.

Malefor said "I think you know. And if you don't, I'm sure he does." Wolfe blushed slightly. Malefor knew fully well of Wolfe's crush, due to the fact he told him.

Camila kept calm confusion on her face despite the chaos going on inside. "Alright... Now we both understand the terms of the agreement." Camila replied, snapping her fingers. Two tiki charm necklaces appeared in her hands and she handed one to Malefor. "If you are in danger or need my assistance you hold onto the charm and mine will glow. If one of us breaks the agreement, me not coming when you're in danger, you abusing the charm, me breaking my charm, my friends coming to harm, etc, then the charms will turn to ashes to notify the other." She explained.

Willow glanced down at the card, and then back up at Camilla. It took everything left in him not to let his snakes hiss and snap. They were playing with lives; the lives of those they loved and those they considered friends. He tried to focus on his snakes and controlling them instead of the endless terrible outcomes that were swirling through his head.
