(Ok so Heo sees Ruby dancing with Sam and tries to keep strong but when Camila's not looking (cause he's more scared of her than heartbreak lol) he leaves and Willow follows him. Willow finds Heo crying and notices that Heo's not the charming playboy he tries to be. Then things slowly escalate from there.)

Malefor said "I see. If it's any consolation, you look better without it. I think Wolfe will really like your look."

Camila felt her heart flutter a bit at these words. traiter she thought in response to this. "What are you getting at Malefor?" Camila asked, beginning to clue in, but wanting to know for sure.
Lillian was relieved that Malefor didn't take notice to Camila's tease and looked around to try and think of something to distract herself.
Heo smiled as the carriage arrived at Willow's house and went over to knock at the door. -
Willow jumped slightly at the knock and sighed shakily. Why was he so nervous? This was stupid anyway. As he opened the door, his expression leveled and he was himself again. “Picking me up for the ball, I assume?” He said, tugging slightly on the edge of his jacket.

"Yep." Heo replied, chuckling as he studied Willow, mainly to get his mind away from more troublesome thoughts. "Nice suit." He chuckled in a teasing but friendly manor as he walked to the carriage.

Malefor said "I think it's better he tells you." He then walked over to Lillian and asked "Would you like to dance?"

Willow looks at Heo for a moment. “...You as well.” He says quietly, stepping up into the carriage.

Lillian took a deep breath in attempt to calm her blushing before turning to Malefor. "Sure." She replied with a smile, tucking a loose strand of hair behind her ear.
Camila sighed and looked at the ground in frustration. In the back of her head, she knew what her friend's cryptic words meant. However she refused to accept it. She refused to accept she had such weakness, and refused to accept that Wolfe, a kind and gentle person, would even want to be near someone as cryptic and merciless person as Camila. Then again, there was more to Camila than that, but this was another think she refused to accept. Unless there was proof, until it was confirmed, she couldn't risk allowing herself to believe the nagging voice in the back of her head.
The carriage soon arrived at the castle, and Heo stepped out and felt chills as he looked at the castle. -
Wolfe said "It looks pretty intimidating at night." Ruby joked "And sure it's big enough, but look at the location."
Malefor took Lillian's hand and started to slowly dance with her as the music played. -

Lillian placed her hand on Malefor's shoulder as she held his hand and danced with him. She felt her heart flutter as she did, and tried to avoid eye contact, nervous to how she'd feel.
Heo let out a strained chuckle abt ruby's joke. "Stealing lines from hero's are we?" He teased as he entered. -
(Yeah. I would have made her say "You think maybe he's compensating for something" but I changed my mind.)
(Shrek is also one of my favorite movies too.)
Ruby shrugged as she and Wolfe entered the castle. One of Malefor's minions escorted them to the ballroom.
Malefor was rather nervous but tried not to show it to Lillian. He's never actually slow danced with anyone before and tried not to step on her. -
Lillian, whom had danced many times but mainly with herself or the animals, wasn't that great of a slow dancer either. However this actually helped her, because it gave her a reason to watch her feet rather than look at Malefor.
Heo entered the castle, gesturing for Willow to follow. "Believe me. No one cares about your snakes. Except Lillian, but she likes them. One of the people here have Octopus legs." Heo chuckled when he noticed Willow's usual nervousness. -
