“Well sorry it doesn’t meet your standards Mr. Rich Boy. But it provides privacy, comfort, and a nice place to read. What more could I ask for?” Nia chuckled, putting her book away after marking her page with a dog ear.

He walked in, and pressed his hand against the wall.

“So, What’s up? Besides the rest of the house?” Nia asked.

Alex turned, and kissed her cheek

Nia blushed and smiled when he kissed her and bit her bottom lip as she studied him.

He looked around, and saw a curtain hung. It was hiding a corner or the basement, about 1/4. Alex took Nia's hand, and walked over

Nia smiled as she followed Alex. “What’s That?” She asked, gesturing to the curtain.

He pulled it open, revealing a small corner. There was a bed with sheets and pillows. There was stacks of books and notebooks, as well as pencils and pens. There was other things, including a small fridge and microwave. Alex sat on the bed, bringing Nia down with him

“Fine, you win at the secret hide out contest. But mine has a lock!” Nia defended with a chuckle as she sat down beside him.

"Which both me and Mother have a key to. But I'm not trying to compete with you" He chuckled before kissing her cheek once more

Nia blushed and chuckled. “Oh? Then what are you trying to do?” She asked.

"Just be with you" He said before kissing her once more

Nia smiled and returned the kiss, relaxing into him as she took in his love and affection.

"Hey guys" their mother called as she went down the stairs "I forgot to mention"
