Nia looked at him in confusion. "One, no teacher told me I couldn't listen to music when I was, so how was I supposed to know that it's against the rules? Two, at my old school it was perfectly fine to listen to music quietly if you had no other work. Three, since when does Student Council have more say than teachers over rules? I thought they only did events. Four, I'm not comfortable giving my brother my phone, especially since this is most likely a prank. However if a teacher asks me to hand it over I will. Finally, at my old school, it was against the rules to talk and hand notes to each other in class." She told him calmly and clearly before walking away.

"Use of technology is strictly prohibited. Any use of speaker, earphones, or projections is against school code. Give me your cell and headphones, and you will receive them at the end of the day at Ms. Trech's office 16:00" Alex said, his expression stilled

(Wrote the second one as preparation and accidentally sent it lol)

(The second post I posted is my response.)

(She kinda roasted him on the finale point. Lol)

"One, you should be read the handbook that Mother so graciously got you. Two, this is not your old school. People come where to learn, and your music could be heard by everyone, since you just so happened to be in the center exactly. Three, Student Council has no more say than any other student, we do plan events and such, however we also suggest rules and regulations to teachers and faculty. As well as enforce them. Four, if I were one to play pranks, do you think Mother or Father would allow us to share a room? Finally, the student council have immunity to that, as we discuss as soon as we can. And as I said, this. Is. Not. Your. Old. School." Alex said, the atmosphere growing colder as he grew more intimidating

, grabbing her arm before she could walk any further

Nia groaned for about eternity until she could get her blushing from his hold on her arm to calm down. Once her cheeks calmed she turned to him and sighed. "Can I at least put a lock on my phone real quick?" She asked, knowing there was stuff on her phone she wouldn't want him to see.
-
"Make it quick" Alex said, releasing her
-
Nia let out a breath of relief before setting a password lock on her phone. Once she confirmed it she handed it to him, avoiding looking directly at him as usual. "There. You know, it wouldn't kill you to loosen up a bit." She sighed before leaving for lunch.
-
"Don't be so sure " Alex said as he pocketed the phone, then traveled to the office. He handed the phone to an elderly woman, and said "Cheynia Crawford. Disruptive use of technology in class "

(Okay so the classes are really strict turns out. Is there anything else different about this school? Because for my next post I need to know if there are the cliche cliques here. You know, Popular girls, jocks, nerds, etc?)
-
(I mean yeah, but not really out going. There's a lot of needs/geeks and not so many jocks, because the school doesn't offer sports other than basketball)
-
(I'm assuming this is a Private School they go to?)
Nia sighed before heading to the cafeteria. At her old school, there was a large verity of cliques. At this one... Not so much. Great. Well, if she was a geek or nerd that would be the same as being a semi popular kid like she was at her old school. Being a jock meant basketball was her only option which sucked because she sucked at basketball but was really good in track and field. It was kinda like looking at a vending machine that had nothing but water and one section of orange juice. That's literally what it was like. "Well, no Barbie dolls at least... Why did they have to send me to a private school when the public school is just across the street?" She sighed quietly to herself as she sat at an empty table, deciding it might be a good idea to study the handbook.
