"What's so funny?" Nia asked, paying for and taking the tray of food from the counter.

"Well for one, you paid twice" Alex snickered "And two, it's an inside joke"

"Fine, Don't Tell me. I'll keep my secrets, you keep yours." Nia huffed as they say down. -
"Relax" Alex smiled as eh sat down next to her "I just don't think you'd find it funny"

"Something about Student Council I assume?" She asked.

Alex nodded with a firm look, though on the inside he was dying of laughter

Nia sighed and handed him his cheeseburger and root beer before she began to eat hers.

He kissed her on the cheek " Don't be like that"

Nia blushed and finished chewing what was in her mouth before speaking. "Like what?" She asked.

"All gloomy" Alex pouted before taking a sip of his root beer

"Well then cheer me up." She suggested with a chuckle.

Alex sat back thinking, then kissed her quickly "When we aren't eating"
