I took a seat in an empty compartment and played with my hair as I looked at the scenery out the window. I wondered what journeys would await as I took out my music player and listened to music.

(I'm sorry for disappearing, I actually did have to go clean.)
I walked into a a compartment with only one girl sitting in it. I sat down on a seat as far away from her as I could and hoped she wouldn't try to talk to me. I had noticed she was listening to music and was a tad bit jealous. I had brought my music player but my headphones broke and I hadn't gotten the chance to get new ones. As I sat there I deliberated whether or not to take a nap to pass the time. -
I looked up and saw a girl my age sitting across from me. I wondered why she'd be going to this school, since she looked like an ordinary vampire to me.

(I am so sorry, but I will not be on for a long time, possibly the rest of the day, because we are going places, I guess.)
I eventually decided not to take a nap, and that maybe I should ask the other girl to play her music so that I could hear it too. I decided that I wouldn't ask her unless I got really bored. I noticed that she had looked at me, so I looked back with a raised eyebrow. -
I gave her a friendly smile when she noticed me and took the earplugs out of my ears. "Hi. I'm Astrid." I greeted with a smile.

"I'm Kimi." I responded and then continued, "Hey, can I listen to your music too? I'm really bored. I would listen to my own music but my headphones are broken."

"Yeah sure. My name's Astrid." Astrid replied as she unplugged her headphones and allowed her music player to play. Currently the music player was playing Party in the USA by Miley Cyrus. "Not the best song in the world but my mom made me a playlist of inspirational songs for a first day." Astrid chuckled.

"Thanks." Kimi said and then chuckled, "My mom's version of inspirational is giving me a long lecture about staying safe, and not getting into any fights, and blah blah blah, she does this like every day. Anyway she almost made me miss my flight."

I chuckled and nodded. "My mom tells me not to get into fights either. I know not to though. I'd lose in an instant..." I sighed. "Hopefully I'll find some equals at this school." She added.

I laughed, "I'v won almost every fight I'v been in. And why would you want to find an equal for a fight? You should want people who are weaker then you, unless you want a fair fight I guess." I paused and then after a moment added, "Unless you weren't talking about equals in a fight, in which case I don't know what you were talking about."

I shrugged and chuckled. "I doubt I could find anyone weaker than me... What about you? You seem like an ordinary vampire. What's your short end of the stick?" I asked.

I shook my head, "I'm not a vampire, I'm a human. And my main problem is I cannot go in the sun, seriously, I have been to the hospital so many times just because someone stole my umbrella. Though most people have only tried once, as I'v said, I'v always won."

"I have been able to beat people during the day. Ah, good times." I chuckled. "You know, what you described sounds a lot like being a vampire." She added.

I shrugged, "Well I'm not a vampire. What about you, you're a vampire, right? Why can you beat people during the day?" I asked her.
