Barry chuckled at Connor as they sat on a bench. "You're so cute." Barry whispered in Connor's ear, kissing under Connor's ear lobe.

Jason answered "I'm not sure. I think we're just gonna hang out and play video games. She didn't really say much about what we were gonna do."

Kate opened her eyes and nodded, trying to guide her thoughts to Jason and a conversation instead of Travis's tender massage. Well wording it like that won't help you... She thought, holding in a chuckle at herself.

Jason asked "What are you guys gonna do today?"
(I thought about making another regular customer. he won't show up right now but I wanted to ask if that would be okay.) -
(Okay!)
"I don't know." Kate replied, her voice trembling a bit. Why didn't Jason know she wanted to avoid that topic? Well he cant read your mind stupid. She thought, sighing. "These pancakes are really good." She added, trying again to change the topic. "Did you help Jenna make them? I doubt Barry got out of bed too quickly today." Kate chattered to stick to the new topic. -
(Alright, I'll make it in a minute.)
Jason answered "Thank you and yes, I did." -
"Well you guys did a good job. I guess Barry and Connor will just have to bring home take out dinner to make up for it!" Kate laughed.
Jenna came and checked the time. It was eleven. It would take twenty minutes to go get the pizza. Ten minutes to receive the pizza. Then half an hour to get to Wendy's. So if they left now they would be at Wendy's by twelve. "We should probably get going, eh Jason?" Jenna asked.
Kate bit her bottom lip. "I better have a shower and get changed." Kate told them to excuse herself. She got up and headed for her room to get some pajamas to wear for the day. A shower would help her calm herself and avoid Travis. -

Connor Nuzzled Barry luring in content. Connor was like a cat and Travis like a dog.
Speaking of-Travis noticed Kate's state of uncomfortableness and went and did the dishes which he rarely did while she showered -
Kate tried to think clearly. She was right at the parade. If she fell for Travis, she would never be able to think about anything else. Even now, away from Travis, she was giggling at her thoughts about him. She was kinda excited to be done her shower and spend time with him. At the same time she was nervous of feeling embarrassed.
Barry smiled and chuckled. He considered himself to be like a cheetah. He smirked and purred softly and deeply in Connor's ear. -
Jason came with Jenna to Wendy's house with the pizza. He rang the doorbell and a woman came to the door. She said "Yes?" Jason asked "Hi, are you Mrs. Shador?" "I am." the woman answered.

"I'm Jenna and this is Jason. We're here to see Wendy." Jenna introduced.

Mrs. Shador said "Oh, you must be the cashier and singer from the bakery Wendy talks about. I'm afraid you missed her though. She and her father left this morning to get groceries. But don't worry, they'll be back in 10 minutes and you're welcome to come in if you wish."

"Thank you ma'am." Jenna thanked with a smile. She took the pizza in and placed it on the coffee table. She smiled as she looked around the living room. It must have been nice to have parents and a home like this.

Jason entered and looked around. He said "You have a nice house, Mrs. Shador." "Thank you." she said. She sat down and said "So how does working at that bakery suit you?"
