Knight smiled and hummed.

Russle hesitated, wondering if this was a good time, place, or situation. But instinct took over, and his teeth gently poked into her skin, making a mark.

Knight purred and hugged him.

Russle smiled. After the hug, he brought Knight to the bed and put a pillow under her head and a pillow under his. He held her close and put the blankets over them.

Knight smiled and then softly kissed his cheek before snuggling into him.

Russle smiled and closed his eyes. He held Knight tightly in a protective and loving way as he fell asleep.

Knight fell asleep.

The next morning, Russle awoke to see that a blue paper airplane was in the cave. Blue Howlers were a code that meant that the criminal escaped Trial. Russle put it in his pocket, not wanting to worry Knight, and let her sleep. He laid beside her awake so he could react if someone attacked.

Knight then started to wake up as she yawned,stretching out.

Russle was startled when she moved her arms out of his hold. He pulled away to let her stretch and smiled at her. He placed his hand on her neck, stroking the mark gently with his thumb.

Knight purred softly.

"Good morning." He greeted, sitting up to stretch.

"Morning."Knight said as she got up.
