Noelle groaned softly, tugging on her crop top. ''Should've worn something a little warmer,'' Noelle said. ''But it looks pretty,'' Noelle hummed. ''Let's go,'' She added, exiting out the doors. Noelle wrapped her arms close, to her form as they walked to the parking lot. Noelle spotted her family's white van. She unlocked her car, allowing it to beep twice. Noelle knew well she had taken everything relating to her children and to Braden. ''Hop in,'' Noelle said, opening the driver's door and taking a seat inside.
-
Wendy got in the car and saw many toys inside. Are you a babysitter or something? Wendy asked, looking at the toys in confusion.
-
Noelle hummed, nodding as she bit her bottom lip. ''Yeah, have to get money somehow for food, medical bills, anything,'' Noelle said, shrugging slightly. She turned on the engine, allowing everything to heat up. ''The kids are adorable, belonging to this beautiful woman and handsome man. They're good kids,'' Noelle added, looking over her shoulder at toys. She gritted her teeth, sure she would've left everything at the house. Annoyed, Noelle turned her back picking up the toys and hiding it in compartments in the car.
-
Wendy smiled. She always wanted to have children. She hoped to be a better mother than her birth parents. Would you want to have children one day? Wendy asked Noelle as she looked out the window, imagining a little girl with long blonde pigtails and hazel eyes skipping down the sidewalk. The imaginary girl wore a thick warm green sweater, blue jeans, and blue winter boots. She pulled a red wagon behind her and in that wagon sat a boy toddler with thick curly brown hair and blue eyes. He wore a blue sweater, green pajama pants with orange dinosaurs on them, and he wore brown winter boots.

Noelle nodded to her question, thoughts of Alianna and Shawn crossing her mind. She turned her head, her gaze on Wendy's features. ''Of course, I do,'' Noelle said with a smile. ''I love kids but, if I were to get married to the man, it's less of an effort to having them,'' She hummed, her brows creasing at the thought of Braden. ''Though if I were to be married to a woman, the process will have to change quite a bit,'' Noelle added, turning the engine on at last. ''Well, let's get you to work,'' She said, driving out of the parking lot.
-
Well, my plan is, if we get married, my brother will donate sperm for our child. She blurted in response. She then realized what she said and blushed wildly. She was too embarrassed and nervous to say anything or even correct herself.
-
Noelle glanced towards Wendy, a snicker escaping her lips. ''You have a brother, how nice,'' Noelle hummed, as she was an only child, at least with her mother and biological father. ''I'll love to meet this brother of yours,'' Noelle had resisted the urge to lick her lips, two pawns did mean more fun, at the very least for her. Noelle stopped at a red light and turned her gaze to Wendy. ''You're cute, you know that.'' Noelle hummed, ruffling the girl's hair.
-
Wendy blushed, confused but flustered by Noelles behaviour. Well... Hell probably be at the restaurant... He works the night shift, I work the day shift. Wendy told Noelle, tying her hair into a ponytail. Her fingers were more fidgety and shaking than usual so even though it was a routine task it was more difficult than usual.
-
Noelle nodded and hummed, as the light turned green. ''Then I'll just have to stay during his shift. If you want you could wait for me back at the hotel, you know the way now right?'' Noelle questioned, her feet smoothly pressing on the gas as she turned the steering wheel. She drove the car into the parking lot, stopping for a mere moment. ''You should hurry along into the restaurant, I'll park the car,'' Noelle said, looking around the semi-empty parking lot for a spot away from the other vehicles. ''Don't want you to be late,'' Noelle hummed, turning over in the seat, kissing Wendy's jawline gently. It was a small sign of affection and adoration that Noelle didn't do quite often. Noelle settled herself back in the seat, searching for her cigarettes and lighter.
-
Wendy blushed and got out of the car. She couldnt help but grin as she entered the restaurant. Same clothes as yesterday? Where have you been? The chef teased, eyeing Wendy suspiciously. On a date. Wendy admitted, putting on her apron. With the lady you left with last night I assume? Well, hopefully for your sake shes not into hearing gossip. The chef replied, handing her plates to serve. Wendy nodded, biting her bottom lip nervously as she took the plates.
-
Noelle parked her car, relaxing in the warmth of the car. She cracked open a window, gazing out as the cold air slipped into the car. She had found her cigarette box and lighter. She took out a cigarette and placed it between her full lips. Noelle flickered the lighter to life, hand protecting the flame. With her cigarette now lit, she took a long drag as she thought about Wendy's brother. ''I'll have to clean the car before meeting him,'' Noelle whispered as she stepped out of the car. She closed the door, wanting to return to finish her cigarette before going inside.Noelle opened the back door, picking up toys and whatever belonged to her children and husband. She tossed the items into the truck sure to hide it over a blanket in which covered a black backpack full of contents for her own enjoyment. ''A good hour or two with her brother in the car,'' Noelle whispered sitting in the driver's seat once more as she licked her lips. ''Then the rest of the night with Wendy,'' Noelle thought aloud, as she sunk into her seat, her fingers clenching aroun the cigarette.

Well sis, well have to talk about your new girlfriend at dinner tonight. Wendys adoptive brother Andy told her. The family was closin the restaurant tonight for a family dinner because her little sister was coming home from boarding school for the winter Holidays. Wendys Family was both Jewish and Christian. So they celebrated both Hanukkah and Christmas. So Zoey, Wendys sister, got all of December off and part of January. They home schooled her during December to make up for it. Maybe you could invite her. The chef suggested. Wendy blushed and bit her lip. She wasnt sure that was a good idea. Noelle was a bit too... Friendly for her moms taste. Thats a great idea! Andy cheered. Well, you better get back to work. See you later sis! He added, walking out the door. He wondered what he was going to make Chelsy, his daughter, for breakfast when he got home. Andy was a single father. So he had to work during the day to look after Chelsy, who luckily loved to look after the house so her father could rest. Andy wondered if he should stop at the store for gift stopping as he flipped through his keys to find his car key.

Noelle's eyes scanned the parking lot, her brows furrowed as she spotted quite a handsome young man across the lot. She licked her lips and stepped out of her car. Noelle flicked the cigarette from her lips onto the ground. Stepping out the flame on the cigarette, she approached the man with a sense of confidence, a graceful smile on her lips. ''Excuse me,'' Noelle hummed, tugging at her crop top with a smile. ''I'm sorry to bother you,'' She licked her lips, eyeing the male before her. ''But, I can't help but, introduce myself to such a handsome man such as yourself,'' Noelle's lifeless eyes met with the Andy's and she lifted her eyebrows in curiosity. ''I'm Jennifer,'' Noelle mused, her lips curving into a gentle smile. What fun Noelle thought, her heart slow and calm.
